It was a poor poor second half of the season. But we need to trust Moyes. Next seasons XI is different from todays. Also there will be more width (which was the reason to our downfall)
Doucoure is a quality player. A bit of an odd player, but his hybrid qualities enabled a much more aggressive style last season which we were never able to replicate this season.
His ability to pop up with important goals in clutch games was...
Um guys. We were literally last minute goals against west ham, man city, Arsenal and the RS from Europe. Its been an ok season seeing as though we lost our best player for half of it.
I'm not massively happy, but equally its not a bed wetty...
So Everton doing what they do...sucking the life out of the game. Never in doubt. Im just going to say it: the next casual fan who says to me " well David Moyes is doing well for you"...I think Im just going to " nut em". Think that is the best...
Well that same manager watches players and formations fail abjectly and not only doesn't change either during the game but does the same thing the next week, so pardon me for questioning his judgement.
They had a higher net and real spend than us this season and are only about 20% below us on wages. We drew at their ground and got beat last week with late sucker punches despite having nearly twice as many shots in total and more on target too...
I think the 3 games against Sunderland this season show he is a manager of the past. The game has moved on.
All 3 games Sunderland controlled them, had more possession and played the better football.
That squad was overhauled in the summer...
Sorry, but I have to completely disagree, we would have gone 100% under Dyche, I saw it with my own eyes, we were shocking. He panicked after the first few games when we let good leads slip.
Certain relegation??? We were abysmal under dyche but Leicester who finished 18th had 25 points the entire season I think even with crappy Dyche we would have been alright. Dyche had 18 or 19 points when he was sacked in Jan , yes Moyes provided...
