Summer transfer window.

There could be a third truth.

Young players needing time to settle and adjust at a new and bigger club.
To the point where they've barely had a look in all season? It feels more like a convenient excuse than any kind of truth, and if every young player we bring in has to wait a full season before they see any game time, I'm not sure the ownership or the fanbase are going to have much patience for that.

No one's buying the 'sit on the bench and learn' nonsense

I think it's on a case by case basis. Dibling looked a bit lost in most of the games I watched him. Seemed to lack confidence too.

I don't know why that is, but if it needs a year to overcome it, and we get a player ready to go next session - then so be it.

Where I think Moyes has been poor, is not using the squad throughout the year.

Those 'brain dead' fans also called for an ineffective mcneil to be dropped long before moyes did and Keane/tarky defence to be changed long before moyes... oh right, he'd rather us ship a load of goals instead.
Ay Don't you dare question Moyes, hand over your £960 and enjoy watching a team with the exact same flaws he had at West Ham, Sunderland, United. 'Brain dead fans' can't dare question the fact he's stuck with the same back 4 that's conceded 14 in 6, cos moyes knows best and he 'loves' the club.

Barely using those players all season can't have done their confidence any favours.

When we're chasing a game and Mykolenko is stinking the gaff out, why not throw Aznou on? Even for 5 minutes?

Get in the bin

I see you...

That’s definitely the truth. Unfortunately some people are so brain dead they think that a manager who loves the club, and saved us, would actually try to ruin it by ignoring some players on purpose, even though he sees them 6 days a week and those same fans have only seen them on YouTube.
Luckily for the manager and team those players prefer to troll on Internet sites than go the game.

My immediate thought when reading any of your posts is Sack Moyes This Instant

Clearly Moyes took that impactful cameo off the bench personally, he would’ve been absolutely fuming at it. He only brought him on because we had literally no other senior players on the bench.
Ordinarily I'd say this was nonsense, but when he was asked about it post match he seemed fuming about it and when asked if Aznou could add a bit of attacking intention and pace at LW Moyes reply was to say "we didn't buy him to play there"*

*Which somewhat suggests he put him on in the wrong position.
