On reflection I feel it was a very good performance by the boys today. Burnley are not an easy crowd to break down but we kept at it and the defence looked better than it's been for a long time. There is definitely a good tune to be had out of that bunch and you can tell Carlo is pleased. The future is bright.

Good, professional performance. Burnley came not to lose and were very difficult to break down. Some good performances today, DCL, Sidibe, Holgate, Delph, even Gylfi. I don't get the hate on here for him, always work hard, he needs a goal though,16 last season, 0 this season.

Burnley are horrible. No ambition at all. We could have played quicker but we stuck at it and it was a great goal. Confidence is high going to the barcodes

The worst part about teams like Burnley is that they spend however long it is from kickoff until when they concede wasting time and then flip out when the team wastes time at the end after taking the lead. Just a completely repulsive club. Get them out of the league.

As much fun as that Chelsea game was, it would be hard to do that for 38 weeks. Especially against teams like Burnley today who are trying the same horrid stuff.
