Just as well the Friedkins never turn up to watch us, so...Our home form continues to be utterly dire
We were told. We were told that when a team moves stadium that their home form suffers, sometimes a great deal. We were pretty awful at the old place too in the last couple of seasons. I’m really unsure what we expect, or believe we are entitled to sometimes. We are a very short squad, which in the last few years has had 50p spent on it, and this summer had a very middling amount spent on players, plus a stadium move. We are about where we should be all things consideredOur home form continues to be utterly dire
Even they can’t be arsed with the arsing round to get ticketsJust as well the Friedkins never turn up to watch us, so...
I think we should be considerably better than we are given our summer spending. Over 80m wasted on Dibling Barry and Rohl who are all out of their depth. We were told. Not even billionaires are paying for a membership just to get a ticket.Even they can’t be arsed with the arsing round to get tickets
It seems to suit the opposition better than us, we have been dross there all season.
Having been to goodison for over 10 years, I can tell you categorically for 95% of games it was exactly the same there. The stadium isn't the issue....
When the crowds going its loud and comparable to goodison....
The combination of a reactive crowd and struggling players means that for periods of games when we're not doing well the atmosphere os inevitably flat..
Get the players and the crowd in harmony and you'll see the difference
Exactly. The performances are the real issue here, and watching Everton be crap three times in six days isn't exactly inspiring.Having been to goodison for over 10 years, I can tell you categorically for 95% of games it was exactly the same there.
The stadium is great and is not the current problem.
