disagree there mate wouldnt want the board taking a penny out of the money we would get for felli especially with the new revenue tv deal and rodwell installments coming in, would love to know where that cash from sales goes too as the debt is never reduced.

if suarez is being touted at £50 mil then felli is atleast £40 mil I hate how just because a player isnt playing for a "top club" there players should go for buttons, on the wages issue we should be due a good £80-90k from when distin and neville retires which shouldnt be too long.

It's not ridiculous at all. £32-35m is the ballpark figure for me and that's completely realistic; £40m isn't too far a stretch for the most unique midfielder in the world.

The only player like him is Yaya Toure, and I'd like to see a club enquire to Man City about his pricetag.

We should never underestimate the potential of Zenit. There just about to move into a brand new almost 70000 stadium and will have champion league football every year almost guaranteed and will be the russian equivalent of Bayern Munich. We need a massive bidding war and £30m thank you very much. Of course like any true fan we don't want our present day hero to go, but the reality of the financial side of things is too strong. Lets just hope we keep him to the end of the season.

But when we sell him I want him to be successful! Not to just vanish like those who have already been mentioned.
