It's all about money.

Ancelotti attracted players of a much higher quality so will Conte but he’s abrasive and a short term solution
He never stays long at a club
We need a manager to do 4/5 years minimum to build a good squad
Very few of our squad are CL level
Pickford and a fit Branthwaite are about all that would start in a regular CL side
