After the welcome news that the greedy coward has been binned, I would like to ask his advocates how many players he needed (if any) to avoid relegation?

This will serve as a nice vaultable thread if hardly any new players do come in and a manager that has some actual attacking coaching might yield different results in at least trying to score goals…

Nail on the head. We have decent players in most positions. Improve the base and work from there. Rome wasn't built in a day. Hopefully this won't be a repeat of us ignoring needs and buying players for the sake of it.

Can we seriously lose 12 in the summer and replace them with ten or more? Kopite kev had better have been working on that already.

Make sure you have at least 3 (preferably 4 attackers) that can play across the front line. Interchange the front 3-4, improve the fullback areas and once the service is improved, look for a striker. You can slot in a goalscorer-footballer into the striker position until you have the pieces. Then go all in.
