...Holgate, perhaps. If Kenny had a chance of being first choice RB, I think he’d be here now and getting plenty of game time. I suspect he’s on loan because Silva didn’t want him.
Disagree he is at the stage where he needed to be #1 RB somewhere week in week out to prove himself whilst Coleman is still #1 and denying him playing time. Bring in a loan to cover with option to buy and re-access at end of year. Kenny does well and comes back, Sidibé returns next season transfer fee saved and Coleman and he goes head to head for a starting position. Or sign Sidibé, Kenny goes on loan again by then or soon after Coleman's legs go and we make a hard decision.

....all sounds sensible, but I have a view that if Kenny was highly rated by Silva/Brands they would want him here. Coleman hasn’t been pulling up trees for 12 months, if we had an outstanding alternative he’d be pushing for a start now. We had Kenny last season, yet Silva regularly said he wanted a new RB.

Just my opinion, but you might be right.

I would rather have Broadhead coming on than Walcott.
We have no idea if Broadhead will ever play a game in Premiership football and I think it is far from certain that he will. I think Walcott may well be in his last season at Everton but he is still far ahead of any academy player we have with the possible exception Gordon.

"Connolly: 6 better performance. Got stuck in. Should have had a penalty."
"With Connolly not showing for the ball, and when he did show not doing anything creative, we really had nothing in midfield other than the odd forage forward by Morrell."
"Though he was better than on Saturday, he's still fast enough or good enough or on the ball to play in midfield. I'd like to see us playing him at centre back."
"think Connelly is a bit of a liability"

....Virginia not even on the bench (unless he’s injured).
