No he wasn’t, he was a scout! Scouts aren’t tasked with building anything, if he was your director of football I’d probably give you it, but he wasn’t. He was just one of many scouts.

I'm sorry but this is total and utter nonsense. He wasn't just a scout, he was assistant manager and also in total control of the recruitment side of the club. He built it up from nothing and implemented everything we still run by today To suggest he was just another one of our scouts us beyond laughable.
