I'd ideally like to keep him for another season, however 8m would be good business. Not much to put on top of that if we wanted to go for Negredo again.

When we got him he was a £15m player

Last season £3-4m.

So £8m sounds right.

'Vecernji list' it is mate, it means 'Evening paper' in English. It is one of the biggest newspapers in Croatia and it is quite a conservative newspaper, according to my friend from Croatia.

Unless a crazy offer came in, no way. (which is my answer for most of our players - everyone can be sold for a crazy price though).

But right now, he is so out of form, we wouldn't get a fraction of the value he had his first year. Hold on for another year. You don't sell low unless you are 100% convinced things won't get better. He didn't have any sort of catastrophic injury or anything that gives anyone reason to think that he can't improve. Will he regain his initial form, who knows, but can't get much worse.

We are a small team, no need to sell what could be a very good asset for us. He's still got goals in him.
