Would you sell Jelavic?

I'd keep him.

Why??

Lets say we sign a striker in the summer (negredo for eg)
Jellavic would then be third choice. He's even worse from the bench, as his coordination detirates not playing every week. He's no super sub, which Vic can be.

Absolutely no point keeping him unless we have no one else and he's gonna be 1st choice in the hope that he can get some form going and slot some goals.

If we wanna challange top 4 need better.

Infact.... I personally blame jelavic for us missing out on Europe!

He's hopeless, it's really sad to watch.

To go from the most clinical striker i've seen at Everton to what he is now is as heartbreaking as it is predictable.

He has totally lost economy of movement, seems to fling his body around in hope that he will score but not with any certainty. Last season he was calculated and precise, now, he over-anticipates balls and fluffs chances. If I remember the Jelavic of last season, he would obviously miss the odd couple of chances, yes, but moved on quickly. Nowadays he misses a couple of chances and you can tell by his face that on the inside he has given up, despite continued hard running.

His head has gone, his legs turn to jelly when he gets a chance. He just completely freaks and his legs just go on him, it's sad to watch. He's probably looking good in training but probably walks onto the pitch thinking, "I don't wanna be here, I don't wanna look stupid again".

That's my ridiculous theory.

I blame Tim Howard myself, I always do though!

We wont be getting a Negredo so it looks like we will be stuck with him unless we get a sly loan striker in.

Jela was top-notch last season. When the ball was at his feet in the 18 yard, he tucked it away like a natural finisher. This season though, he's played like he has been on the pi$$. The daft flange spends more time on the deck than Vic.

A Jela that doesn't score is far less valuable than a Vic that doesn't score because Vic offers a lot more of a physical nuisance, despite frequently losing his temper. Of course, unless he fulfils his apparent potential to become Scouse Drogba, Vic is not a top 4 team's striker.

He'd still be a good option off the bench. He's actually got a decent amount of assists as well as goals this season so maybe he would work well in a striking partnership with a flair player

Buying him at his high and selling him at his low is bad business. I don't really see the point in selling him unless a decent offer comes it. He's been absolutely terrible this season, however.

Don't know how he's gone from looking like he'd score every time he touched the ball to looking like he's never going to score again. Weird.
