Certainly better to have 3 simple comps of pure knock-out football, than all this garbage mini-league crap. Especially with teams dropping from one to the other.

Rubbish, any European game under the lights at Goodison is always an occasion.

It's just this season that's been crap.

The home game against Fiorentina in 2008, when we won 2-0, but still went out, was one of the best games of footy that I've ever seen at Goodison.
