I've just voted yes were still crap and have been lucky
for once recently, once that luck ends were back down in the dumps.
It's only a matter of time.

I know that no team is too good to go down but our saving grace is that there are at least 3 teams worse than us this season!

Bizarre that this thread is still open??? Soem Blues do love a good self-flagellation!

We need 15-16 points from the next 20, and there are 5 teams with that amount or less so far..... could still happen I suppose but it would need to be an end-of-the-world type run

I See the logic and i see the mathematical possibility. But if anybody genuinely believes we are going to get relegated now, they will never know any peace supporting Everton and should find a less stressful club to follow. Even though we are unattractive to watch, we are scoring more at one end than we are letting in at the other. No team who has cracked that basic principle has ever been relegated.

We arent going down guys, our fear should solely be focussed on having to watch this agricultural level of football for the rest of the season.

I think the strategy of employing Sam to avoid him going to one of the other relegation candidates has paid unplanned dividends, so I think we will be safe

Sam already said it, but the Chelsea game will really show us how much these players have in them. Our recent form has shown us that these players are able to win against the worst teams in the league (aside from a dogged but lucky draw against the RS). Can they go one better and remain unbeaten against Chelsea? Or even better, can we snatch a win? Let's get to January unbeaten and fill the voids in the squad to push us on! Left back and striker the two priorities, then a centre back if we can find one!
