It all depends upon who the next manager is and what business we do in January. If we don't get these two things right then yes I think we will be odds on for relegation.
Have supported Everton for around 45 years and cannot remember a more gutless bunch of prima donnas than now, all of Koeman's signings especially (maybe not Pickford).
We need to get away from this 4-2-3-1, we played it under Martinez and we got found out after one season but have more or less carried on playing it and been found out ever since
As much as we need reinforcements it is just as important to get rid of the bad eggs (sorry Eggs) with Schneiderlin, Mirallas and Williams top of the list.

We're 16th now ffs. Think about how much would have to go wrong. January would have to be an unmitigated disaster and the new manager couldn't have any positive effect whatsoever or we'd comfortably sail to safety. We'd need excessive amounts of bad luck, injuries etc etc etc.

there may be more talent per se in the current team , but I would say the squad is worse, we had actual defenders in 94, we also had duncan and rideout, the lack of balance in the current squad is frightening
