Too much work to do with this team. I simply can't see us getting rid of 12 players and getting the 10 new ones in that's required in January.

Yes we'd be relegated if it was April. But it's November. We'll get a new manager and we've got January to buy more players - or hopefully unload some of the tat Koeman brought in.

Ok we get rid of the tat.

Who the [Poor language removed] is looking at

Don't think we will in the end. A lot will depend on the new manager and our business in January. Just hope our players start to realise they're in for a fight to retain top flight status. The sooner the better.

What business? We had three months in the summer and didn't get a striker or defenders we need.

It'd be a managerial achievement on a par with Leicester winning the league if it were to happen. It is so incredibly hard to get relegated. Even under Martinez we never even came close.

We still have January and a new manager to come in. There's still so many possible points on which this season could turn that for now there's not really much point worrying too much.

Yes. But it's not the relegation that bothers me. It's the staying down - which we easily could, as the Mosh money and this summer is a busted flush.

You can spend 17,000 years in the top flight of English football, but what use is it if you haven't a prayer of winning silverware? I can accept relegation IF we bounce straight back, having rebuilt a squad based on players who WANT the shirt.

I'd say its 50/50 between bouncing back and going down again the way things are.

And anyone who thinks that they can stomach League One football would have been well-advised to accompany me to the Valley for Charlton v Rochdale (business reasons!) last week.

I have seen more entertaining games of bowls, and I cannot, WILL not have anything to do with a League One Everton side.

I think relegation is a realistic possibility.

The run of games over Christmas will not be absolutely defining, but they will be key.

Today was the first time I contemplated briefly what it would be like if it came to the worst.

Biggest issue are the players of course. We have real issues but I still cannot believe and accept they are as abominable individually and collectively as we have seen.

If a new manager can come in and get a tune from them and add 2 or 3 more besides then bless him and praise him. It would also show what a crowd of turds they are if they could up their game because they felt like it.

Even if Sam comes in though I am deeply worried. In a few short months we could be down. Our freefall this season is unlike anything I have seen before at this club.
