Why I stopped reading Toffeeweb.

I look at the main articles now and then.. they seem ok.

In the mailbag and forums sections I always found the constant interventions by one of the main guys (kenrick?) kind of neurosis ferocious.. like he resented everyone who made a post on the site..? weird.

He can be a bit tetchy sometimes.

For what it's worth, I like the site. Plus, they're kind enough to link to this forum. It can be overly negative sometimes but that is its entitlement. Nobody has to read it.

Not to have an over-inflated sense of worth, but we were kind enough to do forum duties for them.

I don't realy care if people on there are pro kirkby, anti kirkby, whether they hate Kenright and love Moyes or whatever.

Its just the incessant arguing which greats every post which makes me not want to read it.

Seems that everybody gets accused of being this and that and everything else by someone who doesn't agree with their opinion.

It isn't the official TW forum, TW wanted to link with us as their forum had been sacked off. It just suited both sites really, nothing official about it.

I think I remember reading one time last year on TW about a struggle between two rival boards seeking to become the sole TW forum...won by GOT?

Not sure. I just remember Danny saying TW wanted to link up, but it wasn't like we were TW's official forum.

Could have sworn I read a TW article last year saying a dispute had been resolved over which forum would be their official forum partner. My mistake.

Maybe the TW readers can fill me in, but what's the point of going on there? I get all my news and views on the club from this place. I appreciate some of the club info on the site and for many years it was my sole port of call for matters Everton, but as far as current news and opinion is concerned I don't really need anywhere but here.
