It's evident that despite the best intentions of most Evertonians, Ross Barkley is not ready for Premier League football.
No matter how much of a judge of a player we may think we are, the man who sees Barkley day in, day out doesn't pick him as he doesn't think he's able to either influence a game or follow instructions. It's evident Ross has ability, and a period out on loan will hopefully speed his development.
Given that Junior has featured heavily in pre-season there's some evidence that
Moyes feels he's a more advanced project than Barkley and hence has confidence that a loan isn't going to leave us in the shoite and will benefit all parties concerned. If there's another midfielder on the cards then great as I still have cold sweats over Neville and Heitinga lining up together in te middle of the park.
Trust the man in charge, if you knew better you'd be in his shoes not typing on a fan forum whilst watching CBB.
