We have Gibson, Fellaini, Osman, Naismith, Pienaar, Mirallas (pending medical) and Junior who can play in the central positions (including the Cahill role). We should be alright for a few months, I'd wager.

Kyle Walker to me is the perfect example of a young player being brought into the first team successfully and they did that by loaning him around until they were ready to play him every week. See also Sturridge, Wilshere, Welbeck, Osman, Coleman etc. There's no reason that this won't do him the world of good just because we've been loaning players before we sell them of late. He did look off the pace in pre season. And I'm not sure Moyes' coaching is always the best for that sort of player.
