It will be Cleverley we only play with one out and out winger and that will be Kev. The big problem for me is the playmaker we have nothing in centre midfield, on pre season form Barkley should be nowhere near the starting eleven.

Based on current form I would put McAleny on the left.

We need competition for places, and those that are playing well should be rewarded with a starting place. Team selection has been too predictable over the last twelve months and players being continuously chosen despite producing consistently poor performances.

I think we just need to let Barkley play himself into form in a cental position and not shunt him out wide. At the end of the day he's a cm/acm and has too much quality to be on the bench. Who else is pleasantly surprised with Tim Cleverley?
