What was your highest and lowest point of season 17/18?

watching us capitulate at Southampton, having actually gone to the game and being sat right next to the saints fans, and having to endure a feller giving me the wanka sign right in my face everytime they scored.

that for me was when the season finished.

All downhill after Rooney's winning header v Stoke on opening day
I still don't know how we won that game to be honest, remember walking away with me old man, saying how lucky was that.. pickfords save from shaquiri really rescued us

Low Point - Going to Genk pre season and realising that the players we had signed were all slower than me and I am 61 and have bad legs.
High Point - final whistle blowing at West Ham and thanking God that we had survived the season.

High point when Siggy scored the wonder goal in the Europa, low point, realising in the next round how disfunctional we were and knowing it wasn’t going to be a good season...

High point, all of the papers and pundits saying how we had won the transfer market, low point, finding out most of them were gash.......

Since Fat Sam left after the season ended, I won't include his departure.

High: Seamus' return
Low: probably the week losing to Lyon and Arsenal at home, followed by Koeman's departure, only slightly more depressing than the 4 game stretch in which we saw 12 goals shipped and none scored

Highest were the weeks before the season actually kicked off. Lowest for me was Southampton away...I could see relegation looming.

High point: the summer, before a ball had been kicked

Low point: watching us play Ruzomberok and realising the season started in 10 days and none of our players could kick a ball near a team mate.
terrible game that. had me thinking too after it,..

High - that 1-1 away to City. I’d had a mate’s wedding in Yorkshire on the Saturday, my girlfriend’s 30th in York on the Sunday and then over to Manc for the match on Monday night. I remember thinking on the train back to London on Tuesday morning that we could really do something this season...

Low - Arsenal away. It was a toss up between Arsenal at home, as the first Everton match I ever left early, or Arsenal away, the first Everton match I ever left before half time. It had to be the latter though.

My former employer shared a box at Fulham and I took some forest mates there for their 3pm game. I started on the free booze early and was thoroughly merry by the time I left them and got the tube up to Arsenal for our game. Pouring rain, 4-0 down before half time and no more booze being sold in the ground (probably wisely). I stormed out, bought a can for the five minute walk to the tube, wrote a post on GOT so abusive that I was (rightly) banned for several day, went back to Brixton and proceeded to go on a drunken downward spiral that I can only really compare to being dumped by a long term girlfriend. Woke up to see the havoc I had also wrought on my bathroom. A nadir! Everton for you...
