What was your highest and lowest point of season 17/18?

Wanting the season to end about 8 games in (Allardyce)

Coleman’s performance on return and Bale.

Highest point was probably Sigurdsson's rocket from the halfway line against Split. Was really convinced after that night, when Pickford saved a pen as well, we were on for a truly great season and our new signings would all flourish. It's the optimism that kills you.

Lowest point was actually appointing Allardyce (even though I called for it). It was the best decision we could make at the time but I couldn't stop thinking "how the F has come to this?" A club as big as ours with the ambition we have needing to resort to that. Now he's gone I'm desperate to forget he was ever here, bury this season forever and dare not speak of it.

Southampton was horrific but I did enjoy the Watford game at home. Just remember being so happy for Unsworth. All in all a grim season.

High point, spending big money and looking like we were trying to compete ,move to the next stage.
Low point, seeing how much we wasted in both time and effort and thinking how could the people in charge leave us with such an unbalanced mess.
PS Last night was pretty good

Low point , Everton 3-0 Sunderland , yeah I know we won but against the worst football team I've ever seen at GP , a proper team would have hit 10 minimum.
High point , Wayne's hat trick.

High point was probably after City away thinking that maybe we could do something.

Low point was the Goodison derby. To not even try to attack until after the 80th minute against the most disinterested Liverpool team in history was the cherry on the [Poor language removed] gateaux that was 17/18.

What was your single highest point and your single lowest point of the recent season?

There are more low points to pick from but lets try and think of some high points as well.

For me, highest point was probably Wayne's hat trick against West Ham. Lowest point was Burnley coming from behind and completing the double over us.

By the way "allardyce/koeman getting sacked" is too easy for a high point.
agree Rooney the high point. low point the rest of it.
