Don't get me wrong Maccies isn't my first choice of burger joint,it was out of pure convenience but even those guys can do a the perfectly edible burger when made to order.

Spatchcocked a chicken for the first time, made a salt and pepper rub, roasted with Lemmon, garlic, new potatoes and red onion. Quite nice with some asparagus! Few glasses of wine as I’ve a days annual leave tomorrow! More wine now, I think..
