Both the kippers and the spuds were reduced in price 50%, very nice with butter and mint on the Jerseys.

Stop it ! I was lucky when I went into Sainsbury's before, they were just putting out all the reductions - half price : 4 packets of sausages, five packets of bacon and two cod fillets. I hate wasting food though, so veg soup it is.
