Home made veg soup (parsnip, carrot, swede, celery, leek and onion), very pleased with it. Always make gallons of the stuff though.

Salmon, mash and veg. I made two malt loaves and had a couple of slices still warm from the oven - lush I believe is the vernacular.

Just ate an individual strawberry trifle; use by date was 9th May, so it had to go in the tummy.

My blood pressure just went up 50 points and my legs are swelling as we speak...salt bomb! Every time I go to the clinic it's 70% Hispanic. Shame their food is so damn good.

Quesabirria is a Mexican dish comprising birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of broth for dipping. The dish has origins in Tijuana, Mexico, where it was originally made with goat meat

pork fillet stir fry, 4 garlic cloves, 5 fine sliced bird eye chilis. the sweat, oh the sweat! good though.
