Toast, a little bit of toast.
One of those tuna bean salads in aluminium box, ok considering it doesn't go off for about ten years. Good for doom prepping like.
Pan fried lemon sole, chips, a couple of pickled onions, and 3 slices of bread & butter.

Overcooked hake, chips, peas and carrots.
Big Mac and apple pie, tough day and hankered after some carbs / bad food. Done the trick.

My Tunisian neighbour often brings us hot food to the door (usually just before she asks to borrow some garden tools), tonight she bought us couscous, chickpeas, courgette, carrot and chicken (she knows I don’t eat meat) tagine type dish, which we had for dinner and gave her some rhubarb crumble, which was still warm from the oven, in return. - not she she knew what it was tbh.
