What's the stuff on bottom of tray, above soups mate? Also what's on top of tray? My knowledge of Chinese, only extends to Char Sui with list of sauces and either chips, boiled or fried rice.

So just above the soup is duck dumpling...she makes filling then puts inside a dumpling cutter which gives them the shape.

Other thing at the top of the plate is a Char Sui bun,so thats like sweet bread with Marinated Char Sui pork in the middle you can buy them pre made and just cook them in a steamer...big fave of mine.
