Heres one. Paul Clement has had more experience and pedigree as an assistant and won trophies with Ancelloti everywhere he went at top clubs.

He's not good enough to be a manager.

Yet some think Arteta would be?

You make a good point but you never know until you give the lad a go. He definitely would have learnt a lot from his time at city and you never know how good someone is until they try. Clement may be a goid assistant but maybe not a great manager. But arteta may be both who knows.

This all day It's hilarious the way we perceive and paint pictures of some coaches when in reality we know very little of their work. Steve Round = idiot yes man big dunc = Sam's messenger boy but low and behold because he sits next to a legend on heated seats at eastlands arteta = footballing genius and saviour of Everton. Ridiculous and disgusting if he's even considered

Football has moved on, Wenger hasn’t and all the pots won in the early 2000’s doesn’t change that.

He is still winning pots as recently as last season, though.

In fact they have won the F.A. Cup three times in the past four seasons.

Not saying I want Arsene, just that his pot winning days are not confined to the early years of the new century
