No the lads 19 and we should be looking at him as a future forward. Looks low on confidence anyway so this will hardly help.
Ferguson showing his in-experience. And yes I know he’s got us a win and a draw but man management is a vital part of being a manager at this level.

It felt wrong to humiliate a kid like that to me.

We've had years of senior pros doing far far worse on a far more regular basis.

He's free to make decisions as he sees fit. But it's not one I liked.

Who cares, he's a pro footballer paid millions, do your job or get out the club, i'm sick of this team carrying passengers week in week out

I'd love a manager full time who takes no crap from some of this lot, let them know what happens if you don't put in 100% effort

Duncan thought it was necessary to get the point, he wants to defend from the front and we weren't getting that with Kean, we are desperate for the points.

Feel for Kean though as it is embarrassing for the kid, hopefully Duncan can explain that to him and he doesn't want out.

No that's it. He will be gone in jan.

If Silva had put Kean on and hauled him off humiliating him like that, we’d all be fuming. He really didn’t do anything to warrant that, he was playing ok if anything.
It was very near the end, Niasse will fight more defensively than Kean. No problem from me if Kean doesn’t make a fuss about it he will get his chance.
