I’d largely agree with this, except Dunc shouldn’t be worrying about his position. I hope he’s not. I hope he’s making decisions purely on the grounds of what’s best for Everton.

If he had subbed him for time he'd have told him when he hooked him, but he didn't even look at Kean. Bigger picture I reckon that's Kean finished with us as a consequence, for an interim manager to jist write off 27m is a bit more than 'bizarre'. Bad move.

Yes, one of the biggest problems for us these last few seasons is players not being arsed and getting away with it. It’s sent a message today that if your not up for it you will get hooked. That’s how it should be in my opinion.

It's a positive tick in the box of Ferguson being given longer in the job for that reason.

No. That wasn't brave management it was plain weird. Be P'd off at him for not following instructions sure but if that's the case tell him to come over and rollock him in the ear. Subbing him off and blanking him like that was just humiliating the kid in front of millions.

Dunc is doing well as interim but that was a bad, bad decision. Kean is as good as gone now.

not for me,had us to beat chelsea no matter who was the boss,today had 1-1 or 2-1 man utd,so maybe a point up,shows the players were maybe not playing for silva though

Would recommend people watch his time on the pitch again -- looked leggy, wasn't doing any defensive work and was behind the play going forward. Not sure what there is to defend to be honest.

JJ, I’d usually agree, but he’s a 19-year-old whose been asked to adapt to a whole new culture and been given zero chance to play.
