It's annoying how the narrative is 'poor Moise Kean' being given such a hard time. He's a kid in a new country. It's a joke. He's not a kid, he's almost 20 years old. He's been a professional footballer for more than three years and an international level footballer for more than a year. This is not new to him.
He's been in a new country for over 6 months, if he doesn't know the basics of English (or at the very least some cursory Football instructions) - why not?!. As a professional Footballer, his job is to adapt, to be ready when called upon. He isn't. His job is to be physically fit. He isn't. If he's not quite used to the physical nature of the Premier League yet, that's OK. There are some universal qualities about Footballers that apply whether you're in the Premier League or the Venezuelan third division. These include pressing the opposition, chasing lost causes, keeping the ball, working hard for your team mates - all the things he was sent on to do yesterday. These require nothing other than an eagerness and will to impress - they don't even require a great amount of technical Football ability for the most part.
Finally, he's not been late 'a couple of times'. To be publicly dropped by the club, he would need to have been persistently late. He's been hauled off in other matches where he's started and the team has been better because of it. This isn't the Moise Kean show, we're not a creche and we're not a platform purely for him to develop. English Football and Everton FC won't adapt to Moise Kean, he will need to adapt to us - and quickly.
