How is the share issue an investment, Moshiri is converting a soft loan into owning a greater share of the Club.
A share issue means all shareholders get to invest in Everton. The problem is if we small shareholders invest in Everton then 80% of that investment effectively goes straight to Moshiri.
It's very simple
The club gets cash it didn't have before.

And what's your point? The only one this possibly hurts in any situation is Moshiri never getting that money back when he sells up.
A share issue doesn't mean anyone can buy the shares at all. Stop making stuff up. It just means there are more shares created. We are a private business not on the public market. You genuinely don't have a clue.
