Traore on loan, one game one goal, injured and never seen again - hero
61 minutes for Everton, one goal. Surely the best strike rate of any Everton striker since Dixie.

We're always being given (patronised?) the 'Chinatown' excuse, we get told, what can you do - 'these things balance out eventually'.Specifically on broken legs.
In recent memory there’s been Bryan Oviedo, James McCarthy, Seamus Coleman and now Andre Gomes.
Relatively recently before that there was Ross Barkley and Victor Anichebe.
Even Neville Southall had a freak leg break.
We do seem to suffer this more than most.
Just waiting for somebody to blame Bill Kenwright
I blame Kenwright.
Ever since he’s been involved our luck has been abysmal.
The guy must have run over so many black cats.
Bolasie too ?Specifically on broken legs.

Thata the one I was thinking about.Traore on loan, one game one goal, injured and never seen again - hero
Add Bracewell, Heath, Mountfield and Southall to that list - plus the poor sod we signed on loan a couple of years ago who lasted just long enough to score on his debut.
Also didn't Shane Duffy lose something like three litres of blood after puncturing his liver in a training match? When you think back over all the injuries, its unbelievable to think this all has happened to the one club.
Bolasie too ?
Also add in ruptured Achilles for the yak
Ruptured knee for mikel
Torn ligament for jags
And let’s not forget wright falling out of the loft and also that warm up against Chelsea
Duffy nearly dying with a ruptured spleen
Vaughan severing and artery
Coleman nearly losing his foot because of a blister
Hibbos weird disease
Yep,and all were playing out of their skins at the time.Didn't Arteta, Jags and Yakubu pretty much all have the same injury in a runup to the FA Cup final? I recall it being "a freak injury" that just so happened to occur more than once.
Someone tell the lunch lady to up the calcium.
