Upcoming Games

I'd say 9 points. 10 max.

We're NOT in form or playing well really at the moment. Predicting a very hard and eye opening few weeks tbh.
I don't want to even watch the derby tbh.

Did you predict the results this weekend where everyone apart from saints and the rs, has cacked it up?

I know that this weekend demonstrates that no results can be taken for granted. I was looking generally at form and the difficulty of the matches. Liverpool seem to have a much more comfortable run than us for example.

Southampton have a good side but will have a 'sticky spell' soon, probably in the upcoming games, which on paper look very tough.

The next 6 games will be telling.

Everton
Liverpool (H) D
Stoke (H) W
United (A) D
Arsenal (A) L
Fulham (H) W
Swansea (A) D

3 draws and 3 wins would be a very good return. I predict 9 points.

Arsenal
Southampton (H) W
Cardiff (A) W
Hull (H) W
Everton (H) W
City (A) D
Chelsea (H) D

I predict 14 points.

Liverpool
Everton (A) D
Hull (A) W
Norwich (H) W
West Ham (H) W
Spurs (A) D
Cardiff (H) W

I predict 14 points.

Chelsea
West Ham (A) D
Southampton (H) W
Sunderland (A) D
Stoke (A) W
Palace (H) W
Arsenal (A) D

I predict 12 points.

Southampton
Arsenal (A) L
Chelsea (A) L
Villa (H) W
City (H) D
Newcastle (A) D
Spurs (H) D

I predict 6 points.

Spurs
City (A) D
United (H) D
Fulham (A) W
Sunderland (A) W
Liverpool (H) D
West Ham (H) W

I predict 12 points.

City
Spurs (H) D
Swansea (H) W
West Brom (A) D
Southampton (A) D
Arsenal (H) D
Fulham (A) W

I predict 10 points.

United
Cardiff (A) W
Spurs (A) D
Everton (H) D
Newcastle (H) W
Villa (A) W
Stoke (A) W

I predict 14 points.

That would leave the league table like this:

1. Arsenal 40 pts (predicting a draw today)
2. Liverpool 37 pts
3. Chelsea 33 pts
4. Spurs 32 pts
5. United 31 pts (predicting a draw today)
6. City 29 pts
7. Everton 29 pts
8. Southampton 28 pts

So, we'd still be within 3 points of the CL places after a very tough run of games.

Sundays quiet round your way, Billy

Sensible predictions mostly although you're giving the teams above us far too much credit, they've been messing up frequently. According to this none of Chelsea, Utd, City, Arsenal, Spurs or Liverpool are gonna lose one game in their next 6. Never gonna happen.

Far to much credit for other teams I would gives us 12 points . You should give Southampton an extra 2-3 points as they are hard to beat so I won't be easy for Chelsea or arsenal. Spurs will loose more than you have give them as they seem pretty toothless. As you can see this weekend it's hard to predict as theres not really a form team . Southampton and Liverpool should be entering a bad spell now as most of the top 7 have had there's including us now which we have being lucky to get so many draws. I can't see the league table opening up until after jan

They could cancel each other out when they play each other. Otherwise it would be a shock if they lost to midtable or lowly sides. I think that Arsenal and Liverpool will carry on strongly but that the others could find West Ham, Sunderland and possibly Stoke difficult to overcome.

You think we'll beat Stoke, Fulham, Swansea and one from Liverpool, United or Arsenal? I would be surprised if we didn't at least lose one and draw one of those games.

As for Spurs, Fulham could be in freefall by the time they go to the Cottage. I think they could get a jammy win at the Stadium of Light. And they'll be out for revenge against West Ham. They are creating chances and if AVB brings Defoe in they will convert more of them.

Spurs won't get a draw at city away . West ham may park the bus like many teams will agaisnt them. They are not penetrative enough to get goals when the going gets tough

Tottenham's away record:
Palace 0-1
Arsenal 1-0
Cardiff 0-1
Villa 0-2
Everton 0-0

The Gunners are the only team to score against them on the road. City are very strong at the Etihad but Spurs might manage to frustrate them.

I'll take seven points from the next four.

That'd be a brilliant return imo.

I think four points is more realistic though, and God knows where we'll perform/play ****e.

We're 5th in the form table with 11 points from our last 6 games. Southampton are top with 14. Arsenal, United and Liverpool are all on 13.

Soton haven't had the hardest of runs though: Palace (H), Swansea (H), United (A), Fulham (H), Stoke (A), Hull (H). Four of the bottom ten at home, including two of the teams in the relegation zone (20th, 18th, 13th and 12th). 17th and a misfiring United away.

Beforehand I'd have probably thought we'd get Newcastle (D), City (D), Hull (W), Villa (D), Spurs (D), Palace (W). So 10 points.

Think you're downplaying saints a bit there, it's alright calling man u misfiring but you just said above they're joint second in the form table. That was a very good point for southampton.

And us, spurs and city have proved that their aren't easy games in this league. You beat the dross and you'll do well.

When the Saints played United the Red Devils' form record was DLWLLW. Since then they've won four in a row. Moyes' side had lost their previous home game against the Baggies and needed a comeback against Stoke in the subsequent match. Southampton have done well but the fixtures have been kind and they went to Old Trafford at the right time as far as they were concerned.

It's probably harder than ever to predict the outcome of Premier League matches, I agree. During October it looked like Lukaku would score every time he played but two blanks this month have left us wondering whether we're heading for a goal drought, which makes me err on the side of caution.
