I think it’s part of the overall $40 Billion aid package for Ukraine.

Broken down into chunks for military hardware, economic support and food aid.

In total $8.5Billion has been set aside for military hardware transfer, of which the first chunk $1.4Billion is being assigned to long range precision guided delivery systems and weapons such as HIMARS.

It’s been said that the US is spending $100 million a day supporting Ukraine. I think the US is cool with this funding model as long as the Ukes keep killing Russians.

Russian soldiers from Buryatia region who rented flats in Belarus in February-March didn't even know how to use a microwave owen. Wonder if they asked themselves why their country plays geostrategic games while millions of its citizens have a medieval standart of living.

I see Truss is backing this Lithuanian madness for a "coalition of the willing" to send their naval ships into Odessa to allow the grain to flow

Have a friend at DoD. There’s a general sense of an awe and admiration of the Ukrainians over there.

Hmmm. Needs a bit more thought. Couple of biggies to overcome.

1. Turkey granting access through the Bosphorous. Would require a lot of money

2. Mines / there’s apparently loads of em floating aimlessly around the black sea

3. The Russian Black Sea fleet including subs might have an objection

4. Russian bombers with anti-ship missiles

I see some Americans and the usual suspects in Europe are suggesting again that Putin should be allowed to hold parts of Ukraine as an ‘off ramp’. I wonder if they would be so supportive of Russia regaining Alaska or giving them Hawaii or maybe French Guiana as a prezzie…….no, I thought not…..

I think a UN /Red Cross commercial convoy could actually get away with it…this is for feeding people around the World after all…..

If he wants a piece of northern Alaska to be the king of the arctic bears and caribou, I say have at it.
