No, its all over Twitter.

Something as serious as that needs the most careful verification - if it happened, when it happened, what substance was used, what its effects were. We also need to acknowledge that the people who have apparently said this happened (Azov) have a really quite massive and completely understandable incentive to say or do absolutely anything to get help. I doubt we will ever know if this actually happened, given the state of Mariupol.
