You and I can have intelligent discussion thankfully. All war is wrong....How often can I say this. Killing innocent civilians or unarmed combatants is a war crime. Mass bombing of cities is a war crime. I hate what the Nazis did but the Allied bombing was also indiscriminate.
Katyn an absolute crime that was ignored by the Allies. The Soviets attempted to blame it on the Germans ffs. This was squarely on the Soviets.

Well explain yourself properly then. Previous posts have been heavily slanted towards Hamburg and Dresden.
Both legitimate targets with a population that provided the workforce that provided the military hardware for the front line that would kill allied soldiers.
Notwithstanding the fact that I have researched the 'other' side in WW2 for over 40 years, with several outcomes, I'm with Patton when he said: '...The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other [Poor language removed] die for his...' Unfortunately, that is the brutal truth, and appertains to WW2, with particular reference to my previous paragraph.
