You certainly implied that he should have met putins demands, regardless of how absurd they were and that he was a bad leader for not doing so. Are you french?
It was Putin I said was not honourable or trustworthy, but diplomacy sometimes hinges on being able to negotiate with these people, otherwise it would be all out war across the world.

I’m not sure he should have met all of Putin’s demands but I do think he is a poor leader in an almost impossible situation. Like I put in a previous post, other world leaders have a huge part to play in this and turning a blind eye for so long has been disastrous.

There is no way you can lay this at Zelenskiyys feet. What sort of leader would bow to the bullying demands he was given? I am really surprised that anyone can think he has handled this badly. If he had done as Putin asked. then it would be one of the other former soviet states under attack now,All kudosto the big Zman big for taking it to Russia, lord knows if it had been you in charge there would be no Ukraine any more.

There are lots of things that could be laid at Zelensky’s door (or more accurately the Ukrainian government).

I am not sure for example that cutting the water off to Crimea was on, or the genuine anti-Russian language measures, or the continual push for NATO / EU membership when he (they) knew what the outcome was likely to be. I think the Russian invasion was a monstrous crime, but Ukraine needed (and needs) more sensible leadership, just as Russia, the EU, the UK and US do.

I keep in touch with Kev the Che Guevara through pm. And act as his surrogate on here. I've been screen shotting him some the stuff said about him. I'm just a vessel. A vessel of a martyr.

Could you let him know his predicition that this would be over in a week is looking a little off and the Chiefs are going to get absolutely roundhoused next season?

He can read every post in this forum anyway mate so no bother. He just can't post.

@Death - I hope you don't mind me saying but you're not the best at articulating your points. Sure, The Western world have committed some atrocities (I mean, I wouldn't like to compare the civilian death count of western wars vs Russia in Putin's lifetime...) and in consideration of that - plenty do say that it can be a tad hypocritical to wax lyrical vs Russia but whataboutery can come across as being a bad, tedious, WUM. It's an emotive issue, and comments (even when made to try and dial down tensions) can easily be interpreted as being a snide. It even gets the likes of @marnie's back up. My opinion? If I was you, I'd swerve Current Affairs. It's a shame when people lose access/have their enjoyment of GOT ruined by politics.

Same could be said about any almost any leader, it is an impossible task, especially when up against the likes of Putins Russia. Damned if you do etc etc. However, in this instance, Ukraines (Zelenskyys) determination to keep their sovereignty under intense pressure from Russia is not to under-estimated. Z had to do what he he had to do in order to protect this. If Russia didn't poke Ukraine, perhaps there would have been no need for any of this (I am talking for years not just the previous weeks and months)

Your kev obsession must cease. Brady is a cheat. I'm just a vessel.
