Poland to propose Ukraine peacekeeping mission at NATO summit, says PM

Poland will formally submit a proposal for a peacekeeping mission in Ukraine at the next NATO summit, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Friday.

This is the right idea after the war is over, but it shouldn’t be NATO troops doing it.

Get Egypt, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh involved - these countries rely on the wheat and other produce from Ukraine and they’ll have an incentive to help protect it in a non-aligned way. Costs could be provided by the UN. If Russia continues to attack then there’s a much greater chance of building a much greater coalition to deal with them, too.

So, apparently they also did this in 2014 after Russia "annexed" Crimea. They dont pack those suits, and that was done weeks ago. I think it was a PR stunt by Russia as they again expected to have already completed their invasion, and to celebrate Ukraine now being "annexed" by Russia.

Just looking at retired Colonel Bob Stuart on Sky giving us his opinion on situation in Ukraine at the moment.
