Odd how ex-Soviets and Ukraine don't share that same far away opinion though.Sadly, I think Bennett is more right there than Zelensky is.

I know he is Jewish. I really don't think that matters especially when he wants them to simply give up.Zelensky is Jewish and has been an open supporter of the Israeli regime in the past.

I get the mig thing. The thing with the training is that this is why MiG's are offered by Poland (and the rest) - Ukrainian pilots already use the same aircrafts. It'd be a problem if it's F16's or any other planes.
Language won't be a problem in any case, unless they were perhaps too meticulous in replacing the tags on buttons, in which case it is still not *that* difficult or different as the languages aren't exactly super different to begin with.
The logistics and transport of them would be awful though. Do you get the pilots to them, them to the pilots, a lot of jets would have to fly in from a lot of places etc...
the Albanian representative gave a good speech as wellNot sure if anyone watched the performance of the Russian at the UN meeting today. Trying to spin a yarn that America and Ukraine have multiple labs across Ukraine developing biological and chemical weapons. The bulb headed beaut got rightfully taken apart by the following nation speeches. The USA particularly strong.
A search tells me they have F16's, and quite a lot of them, in use though, apparently...I get the mig thing.
I'm talking about the poles changing them to f16 via the US. In that weird trade. Isn't that what he's talking about in that twitter thread.
Those aircraft they would likely need training in

They will need it, but they also won't just give away their land.they don't, and good luck to the Ukrainians - they will need it, given what is approaching

That is an actual pipe dream. Its possible the least horrendous way out is that Ukraine will be forced to give up Crimea and the can is kicked down the road until Putin is out of the picture.
