But what's stopping the west launching defensive missiles to counter Putins nuclear first strike while simultaneously launching offensive missiles in to Russia?
I presume it has something to do with low orbit missiles and Russia launching enough to keep western defenses occupied.

It’s a difficult one, how do you highlight the problem and the absurdity of his views if you don’t give him airtime. Give him the rope and he’ll hang himself amongst rational normal folk. You’ll convert a small percentage to his way of thinking but those people would be radicalised by one thing or another at some point

An absolute disgusting person, it makes you wonder if some of these people actually believe what they say or are just using an audience to get fame and riches. If this were the case I guess that would make them even worse. Good on the RNC for banning him, they should ban others too. All we need now is for the DNC to ban some weirdo’s too. Put them all on a plane and send them to Russia.
