I understand people wanting NATO to 'do something', I want them to also. But I think they are doing everything they can to help Ukraine, without crossing the line that ensures escalation into an all out World War.

NATO have no authority to impose a no fly zone on Ukraine. And little appetite neither.

Russia has no authority to invade Ukraine, but it had the balls to do so. The west could have stopped this while he was still ‘exercising’…..

This is exactly what Putin wants and Lavrov espouses. We do what we want, if you try to stop us it’s WW3. But realistically even Putin knows that the end result would obviously be hundreds of millions dead but the complete destruction and removal of Russia from the planet…it’s the words of a bully that’s been allowed to get away with it…..

I'm just stating facts. The American Voter, Converse et al, 1960. They did a bunch of market research for Ford, and attached their political attitude questions to the surveys. What they found was that people flat out don't understand the issues, identify with parties and do so most commonly because their parents voted that way.

The unfortunate reality of understanding American politics is realizing that those of us who keep up with politics on a regular basis are the weird ones, and not the reverse.

I was one year old in 1960. That has been a long, long time for a country to be that ignorant for so long even in the political realm. What they lack in their political acumen I am glad they thrive in the financial world( Which will eventually bankrupt the Putin War machine) along with next gen technology leveling the playing field against much bigger aggressors. We now see how inept the Russian think tank is.
WW3 will happen not because of ignorant people of any nation or as Hilary likes to call them Deplorable's it will be because of people like Putin and his kind that has no value for life. Is he bluffing about a no fly zone? I have no idea. But I guarantee it will not end with Ukraine. He is after the old Soviet Empire before his curtain call. Someone will eventually have to say no to him. Deep down we all know this.

Nuclear weapons on both sides were thought to help keep the peace but in reality they just give a huge advantage to any physcopath who is mad enough to use them.
Putin Will never withdraw the best case senario is he is over thrown by his own people but that doesn't look likely as he has too tight a grip.
The worst case senario is introducing a no fly zone which would probably lead to WW3
