So to recap, over the last few pages I've learned that the UK is awful because despite having free democratic elections the choices are bad. And Russia is much better because despite having a murderous, war-mongering tyrant in charge who'll throw you out of a window for disagreeing with him, there are dentists and lots of shopping malls (with an amazing range of potatoes to choose from).

notice though that Russia targets factories at a time that minimises civilian workers causalities.

I'm not sure that is a serious consideration for Putin

On a note it's actually inefficient doing so in terms of reducing capacity. Why don't they target them during peak working hours...

Look at the civilian to military casualty rate , even using the Ukrainian figures which are ridiculous. The rate is far below any modern conflict
Then ask yourself why it is ...
