I just saw that too and hopefully it is fake, but Putin is so unhinged that it wouldn’t surprise me either if he tries to deploy more powerful weapons to try to stop the strong offensive by Ukrainians.

I've seen some stuff saying Russia is going to rush Kyiv with a [Poor language removed] ton of tanks but that doesn't really make sense. Won't it be incredibly easy for people defending the city to take the tanks out from high rise buildings with anti tank weaponry?

You’re correct.

Modern Warfare tends to follow the same pattern of getting to the outer skirts of cities using tanks, once in a built up area sending the infantry in ahead of the tanks to pave the way.

The pathfinders that were sent in under the guise of dabadged / fake Ukrainian soldiers and fake Ukrainian police etc has failed so it would make no sense to put tanks in the firing line.

The SWIFT international payments system said on Saturday it was preparing to implement Western nations’ new measures targeting certain Russian banks in coming days, Reuters reports.

In a statement, it said:
