Not really. The USA has the ships and planes in place in the gulf. Ditto any assistance from the U.K. from Cyprus. Ukraine cannot be helped via the USN because Turkey has switched access off. Russia knew this would happen when they invaded……

If Lebanon were to get what Ukraine stand to get from a peace deal they'd take it in a 'kin shot: massive financial investment and reconstruction and long term peace. So yeah.
