You keep banging on about these leaked US military papers like some kind of weird mantra. These documents started to be released in early January 2023. They contained a lot of stuff about Ukraine, Iran, Russia, China etc….

The stuff that was pertinent to the Russia / Ukraine war (the point you keep making) related to supposed US analysis of the war in the Donbas region only.

It stated that the US could only see a stalemate in that region as the outcome. The assessment was made based on manpower, heavy armour, training, intel, tactics and available arty capabilities at the time (early 2023).

You have to be mindful that the war is being waged in a far wider scope than just the Donbas region (Luhansk, Donetsk oblasts). The war now includes Zaporizhia, Karkhiv, Kherson and Sumi oblasts. Also many things have changed in the Ukrainian Military since the reports were leaked. New tactics, new military leadership, new weapons and ammunition finally provided by the US and a relaxation of the rules of engagement allowing Ukraine to attack muster points and strategic targets inside Russia.

At this time no-one is winning the war but one thing is known for certain and that is Russian’s are dieing in their thousands every day. I don’t care how many Putin mobilises -they just go to the front and end up getting slotted. Putin recruits 30000 a month just to backfill his losses - Something will eventually break given these casualty rates.

Ukraine will keep on fighting - they and only they, will decide when it’s time to negotiate.

Have many potatoes for your valuable counterbalancing contributions comrade.

cut into wedges, par boil, dry, coat lightly in oil and dust with your favourite coating - there's loads, S&P, Cajun, peri peri, smoked chipotle...
then air fry, give em a shake about half way through. Nice with a little garlic mayo.

Ah, sorry, I fixed my minor typo.

Thanks for holding me to a high standard.
Sadly you still missed one,but anyway just feel lucky you can pontificate online while in the real world.

And yet it's not going well anywhere for them. Or can you point out anywhere where they aren't advancing westwards? It's pretty clear that Putin is in a race to take as much land as he can before the inevitable ceasefire, which for the benefit of Ukraine should have been after the failure of last Summer's offensive.

This bloke is obviously pro Russian, but never wrong with the maps he uses. Maybe get real with what the actual situation is?

Yet the Ukrainian military has only yielded ground grudgingly, and it has preserved and reconstituted its military forces while imposing massive casualties on the attacking Russians. The brutal calculus of the past six months is this: Russia has suffered over 180,000 casualties for the gain of just over 510 square kilometres. Think about that for a minute. It’s like a statistic from WWI.

Yes Ukraine’s 2023 offensive failed, but so too has Russia’s 2024 offensive. Both sides will now be planning their winter strategies only this time Ukraine is in a much healthier state than Russia. However I do concede that the second coming of Trump could throw another major spanner in the works but we’ll have to wait and see on that one.

Yeh, won't be winning and hearts and minds thats for sure

It almost feels abortrary they way they just have ramdom days/nights of aerial bombardment
I can't fathom how his military will think this work, as it's mainly agreed that such attacks do not diminish the will of the people, but often they do the opposite.

Unless, it hasn't been done for that reason, but rather it's an example of someone having an unashamed desire to kill and maim, which sadly does happen.

As a response, Ukraine needs to continue hitting their transportation and fossil fuel infrastructure, alongside their military assets.

Yep, I really like the Uke approach of minimal Russian civilian casualities while maxxing the infrastructural damage etc, you'd think it would be standard tbh but not when you have utter psychos in charge it seems.

Russian tech has always been shoddy. I worked on USSR built ships in the 70s,they broke down with predictable regularity hence we moved to Korean builds. It's an interesting video but makes you wonder why Russia is seen as a realistic threat to Poland and then the Baltic States?🤔
