Cant imagine the truth would be good for moral.

Bit of a weird piece IMO.
Of course it would be. The first step toward solving a problem is admitting there is one.

Zelensky's idea that you can tell the people that all is well and on course for victory is pure Comical Ali.

I wonder how Churchill telling the British people that we were getting our arses kicked would have gone.
He addressed it though: spun Dunkirk as a great sea-going rescue to fight another day.

Zelensky just tells Ukraine that they're winning despite all the evidence to the contrary.

There should have been elections in Ukraine. They can do better without Zelensky - who's becoming an asset for Russia the longer he's allowed to carry on in power.

Zaluzhny would be a better leader. He's actually a well respected soldier - unlike Action Man dressed in his daft khaki gear waltzing round the globe.

You forgot to mention his wife’s shopping sprees.

Like it or not, but Action Man waltzing the globe has kept Ukraine in the fight for this long.

Look, Zelensky has an extremely high approval rating over there, from the outside he looks like a man out of his depth doing the best he can for his people.

You dont like him and seem to think he should be doing a better job, no idea what you base that off, but here we are.

I will bow to the will of the Ukraine people who are more than happy to have him as their Leader.

Zelensky is a crony of oligarchs. How is he fit to lead?

As I said: Zaluzhny has the respect of the serving men and the wider population.

It needs someone like him to navigate through this utter mess now.

President Volodymyr Zelensky's approval rating in Ukraine remains near the record highs set shortly after Russia's full-scale invasion of the country began in February 2022, new data from Gallup shows.

Respondents were surveyed in July and August and the data was released on Monday. A year and half after Russian President Vladimir Putin invaded, more than eight in 10 Ukrainians (81%) said they approve of their leader, Zelensky, the survey shows.

81%.

LOL

Go home Dave, you are drunk.

That's before the counter offensive failure.

That figure is roughly 60% now.

Given he's a wartime leader, that shows how poorly the war is going that he's been deserted by a quarter of his followers in 4 months.
