Ukraine forces are now on the defensive in numerous areas along the front line, trying to repel Russian counter offensives. Lack of weapons and soldiers have forced this situation at the front. It will be interesting to see if the US Empire's warmongers, are still keen to suppprt their proxy war in Ukraine, so as to damage Russia, which it has failed to do and to further instensify its trade war against Germany to damage it economically, which it has succeeded in doing, now that it's kicked off in occupied Palestine.

FWIW I think there'll be spillover from the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in terms of a loss of credibility and support for Zelensky. He's enjoyed a lot of support on the left around the world as a standard bearer for liberation. The backing of Israel will shatter that trust he has with some sections of the left.

This clown Zelensky now wants to broaden out the conflict and encourage the US to attack Iran.

Volodymyr Zelenskiy has appealed at the Nato parliamentary assembly for the international rule of law to unite and deal with terrorism, comparing the attack by what he called a “terrorist organisation” on Israel with the similar tactics used by Russia, which he said was a “terrorist state”.

He said that Hamas and Russia had used the same tactics, and that Israeli journalists who had been in Ukraine and witnessed the aftermath of atrocities there were now seeing the same thing happen in their home nation.

Ukraine’s president linked Iran to the invasion of Ukraine and the attack on Israel, saying Iran “can’t say it has nothing to do with what is going in Ukraine” if it sells Shahed drones to Russian, and that it can’t claim “it has nothing to do with what is going in Israel” if its officials claim to support Hamas.

IMO the jigs up for Zelensky and Ukraine.

The war has ossified into a stalemate and won't be won anytime soon, the funding for Ukraine is dwindling, and Zelensky's backing for the murderous Israeli regime over people fighting for their own liberation will haemorrhage a lot of good will on the left around the globe who have been backing the Ukraine.

What do you think the implications are when he's calling for 'terrorist' organisations to be broadened out to states that back them as legitimate targets for the US.

This is really simple now: Ukraine are in the process of losing this war and Zelensky is looking to desperately salvage the situation by attempting to widen this out to a global conflict.

If anyone prior to his support for apartheid Israel thought he was some force for good they now have to drop that support and see this feller for what he is: a threat to stability of the rest of us.
