Thankfully I don't hear any airstrikes or sirens at the moment. There were discussions of a blackout regime, but it wasn't implemented yet, so I guess things aren't all that bad.

So. Is it a sign of surrender or maybe Russians considering their options? possibly backing out?,

Ukrainian news also reporting that Russian tank units are running / have run out of fuel and that the soldiers have no food, remember these guys have been camped on the border for months in tents, they are demoralized and fighting a war that most want no part of.

Tbf, Kev called the Russian victory early, so I'm very hopeful of a resounding Ukranian win here
