Come on.. you've got to know the reasons for that.. and it's not goodwill gestures.. they are pinned down and are on the defensive.. there reality is they can't. they failed to gain the nessossory air superiority to maintain the invasion. They are being pushed back albeit slowly but try not claim other reasons.
