It's not up to us Dave. The Ukrainians want to keep fighting, and I would say justifiably so. The Russian objective was the removal of their head of state and annexation of their country, there's no compromise to be had. The Crimea wasn't enough for them, and whatever bits of land and territory that would form part of a treaty (which is ludicrous considering Russia started this) probably won't be enough for them either. That's assuming they would even consider such a treaty, and my guess is they wouldn't. Ukraine barely have any choices but to fight
